The three GP practices in the Primary Care Network referred potential participants to Connection Works via email.

Referral criteria:

• A diagnosis of CPTSD and/or EUPD (GP or Psychiatry diagnosis)
• Working age adult
• Safe to work within a group setting
• Not actively suicidal
• Not actively using substances
• Physically able to participate with the programme
• Motivated to participate and make to change
• Committed to attending the programme for the whole year
